ISO 9001:2015 Certification
For a long time we didn’t think that it was important to conform to external certification, however we understand now that the customer needs to see recognition that a commitment to exceptional service quality is underpinned throughout an organisation and thus an external auditor can provide this confirmation. NVM are now operating to ISO 9001:2015 Accredited Quality Management System which supports our ambition to continually improve, understand and deliver our customer needs. Like all certified organisations we now understand and recognise that the standard helps to improve the business to become a more consistent competitor in the marketplace. NVM limited always had a strong focus on quality, and now as an ISO9001 certified organisation, we are able to more effectively attract and subsequently meet the needs of all our customers.
