8. Who we share data with

If NVM transfer data outside of the EEA, we ensure dedicated safeguards are established, including contractual and technical safeguards to ensure your information is protected in line with data protection laws.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes collected, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirements, we retain business records for 6 years to meet Irish tax/company law, and other personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose collected.
In relation to receiving information about our similar products and services, your marketing consent to electronic marketing will remain valid unless you opt-out of receiving further electronic marketing communications from us.
11. How we protect your information
We implement technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. These solutions may include, but are not limited to, password protection, encryption, firewalls, anti-virus, intrusion detection, anomaly detection and access controls for our employees.
