BISHOPS SQUARE

Bishops Square is a 5 storey existing office block located on Kevin Street Dublin 8. Stewart Construction will expand the offices with an additional 5154m2 which will consist of expanding the floorplates of the existing top two floors and adding an additional 6th floor to the building.

Bishop’s Square office development is situated at the corner of Kevin Street Lower and Redmond Hill (R114) on a busy city centre thoroughfare. The existing 5 storey building is occupied by multiple tenants who will remain in place during the proposed expansion works. NVM Limited have provided a continuous monitoring program for this project which includes environmental noise and occupation noise monitoring within the existing businesses which operated continuously during the project.
