John SISK & Sons are working on a new development at Hendrick St Dublin 7.The proposed project involves the construction of a 147 room Hotel on the cleared site at what was the Markey Fayre premises. A review of the existing premises in the immediate vicinity to the planned site show a (protected) residential structure at no. 12 Hendrick St, the rear façade of Gravel Walk Court residential apartments which runs parallel to the site and commercial warehouses which run adjacent to the north boundary of the site. In addition there is an existing brick wall structure which presently is to remain intact for the duration of the construction project. NVM Limited are providing continuous real time monitoring of noise, dust and air quality for the project and have assisted the SISK team with monitoring reports for submission to the local authority and the client.
